Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Dural Putt Putt, operated by Panire Pty Ltd (ABN 11 003 410 633). By entering the venue or using our services, you agree to these terms.

General Conditions

  • All visitors enter Dural Putt Putt at their own risk.

  • The property and all mini-golf courses are private land. It is not a public space, and entry is strictly limited to paying customers.

  • All individuals on the courses must have a valid paid admission. Walking through, spectating, or accessing the courses without payment is not permitted.

  • Staff are not responsible for supervising children. Parents/guardians must supervise minors at all times.

  • Dural Putt Putt reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person acting in a disruptive or unsafe manner.

Access to Courses

  • Only paying players are allowed onto the mini-golf courses.

  • Non-paying visitors must remain in designated public areas.

  • Anyone found accessing the courses without payment may be asked to leave the premises immediately.

Safety & Liability

  • All players must follow on-course safety rules and staff instructions.

  • Running, climbing, and misuse of equipment are strictly prohibited.

  • Dural Putt Putt is not responsible for:

    • loss or damage to personal items

    • injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or unsafe behaviour

  • By entering the premises, you agree to play responsibly and take reasonable care for your own safety.

Changes to Terms

  • Dural Putt Putt may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website will always be the most current.
